IDA ICE 5: Plant modelling and other usability features

IDA is a powerful tool for plant simulation. In IDA ICE 5, we have made plant and pipe modelling more accessible to IDA ICE users.The new features are presented along with a couple of worked project examples. Other general improvements that are presented are;new AHUs, mass take-off, arbitrary window geometry, and real-time simulation feedback.

About the presenter

Samer Hassanie has been working for EQUA since 2018. He has a Technical Licentiate in HVAC Technology. Before EQUA, Samer has worked for Sweco as energy consultant. At EQUA, Samer divides his time between training, support and testing of IDA ICE, as well as consulting work in simulation.
