IDA ICE Plant Modelling Course for New Advanced Users: 
March 17-18, 2026 

The Plant Modelling Course is designed for beginner to intermediate level users. It is aimed at anyone who wishes to learn the details of plant tailoring through hands-on prepared exercises, live examples, and clear explanations of common trial-and-error situations. Course is limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalised and engaging learning experience.

Day 1 - Plant Basics and Introduction to Plant Design

• Modelling principles and key differences,
• Basic and ESBO plant types, 
• Most significant modules of the Palette
• Tank types, connections, and common configurations in sub-plant level

Day 2 - Plant Design

• More advanced level modelling examples,
• Plant control strategies
• Building and simulating full systems within one building
