Become an IDA ICE expert

Do you want to take the next step towards becoming a professional and advanced building modeler? Do you feel that contact with both experts and your peers would help you with this? Then EQUA Academy’s Simulation Summit is what you need. We meet up in an undisturbed environment to learn more about indoor climate and energy, and to learn how to model advanced issues with IDA ICE. From students to professionals - from peers to peers - from IDA ICE users to experts.

Combine work and exciting adventures in the beautiful world of the Swiss Alps! You are of course welcome to stay indoors with your simulation challenges the whole day long. However, an active break will clear your mind and bring you closer to enlightenment. The retreat in undisturbed places will let you immerse, reconnect and recharge.

Organizational matters

All you have to bring with you is enthusiasm for IDA ICE, your laptop and both shoes and clothing for walking in all weather conditions. A cable car will bring us up to 1880 m above sea level, from where we will have a short walk of 10 minutes to get to our hut. More information will be sent a few weeks in advance.

On Sunday 31st August, you can optionally meet us:

• 11:30 at Zurich airport
• 13:00 at Schwyz train station, or
• 14:00 at parking "Sahliboden Muotathal" (you will find it on Google maps)
  
  

On Friday 5th September, we will do the same way back, being at Zurich airport at 14:44 the latest.

Registration and costs

 The following costs include full accommodation (5 nights), food and course fee:

 *The early bird fee is valid until 31st May. Up to this day, a participation can be guaranteed. We will do the planning of the course contents according to the wishes given at early bird registration (see registration form). From June, it will still be possible to register, but the course content will be fixed and it is possible that applications will be rejected.

Once Summit, always summit
