  In this lesson, you will gain a comprehensive insight into various zone models and learn about fundamental concepts. Particular attention is paid to the essential basics of these models. With the introduction of IDA ICE 5, an innovative new zone model is presented that brings a variety of new features, including air stratification, detailed radiation calculations for any room geometry (including non-convex), as well as precise view factor calculations, position-dependent sensors and much more.
