 ced-level online course is designed for experienced IDA ICE users who want
  to develop and simulate detailed HVAC systems from scratch in the Advance
 d Level. The goal is to build a complete heating and cooling system – incl
 uding ground sources\, heat pumps\, storage\, and consumers – and simulate
  it independently of the building geometry.\nWith the release of IDA ICE 5
 \, significant improvements were introduced that have made plant modelling
  much easier and more powerful. It is now possible to represent highly com
 plex plant systems – including their control logic – with a high degree of
  realism and precision. Compared to other software tools\, this provides a
  major advantage\, especially for demanding design tasks where detail and 
 accuracy matter.\nThe course is hands-on and starts with an empty Advanced
  Level project. Step by step\, participants create and link all major comp
 onents\, implement control logic\, and analyse system behaviour under diff
 erent operating conditions. Finally\, the “marriage” of the plant system w
