DESCRIPTION:\nAs the requirements on a comfortable\, activity-supporting in
 door environment are becoming more and more defined\, HVAC design work and
  fluid flow simulations are growing constantly closer to each other. In sp
 ecial spaces\, such as atriums\, glass halls and computer rooms\, a realis
 tic CFD calculation is a key influencing design input. Assessing and optim
 izing thermal comfort in these spaces has become much easier with developi
 ng software: IDA ICE 5 has a full-fledge developed interface to run extens
 ive CFD calculations.\nResponding the requests\, an IDA-ICE CFD course wil
 l take place by 6th and 7th&nbsp\;September\, at 8:15-11.45 (CET). The cou
 rse is organized online\, via Teams and will be given in English\, with a 
 separately attached CFD license.\n&nbsp\;\nPresenters: Niklas Wikström\, M
 ika Vuolle and Viktoria Nadas.\n&nbsp\;\nIn the course\, the following sub

  of applied fluid dynamics in building physics\, through focused explanati
 on\, exercises\, and active course participation. After the course\, the u
 ser will be able to produce reliable room models to study and evaluate the
